Hi I'm Arnav, a Duke Student and a CS-Econ Double major with a Journalism Minor.
I've lived in cities across India and the US, but call Durham and Bangalore home!
I mainly started programming as a hobby but after making projects and learning through youtube, I've grown to adore it!
I'm passionate about Financial Technology, Programming language Creation, Systems Research, Image Manipulation, Web Development and Vector Stores!
At home I love Cooking, Photography, reading, Formula1, trying new restaurants, DJing, collecting fountain pens and spending time with family.

Dagpi is an advanced full-stack SaaS platform specializing in image manipulation with monetization. It combines a next.js frontend, an express.js backend using TypeScript, Python FastAPI for image manipulation, and Actix Rust for auth/metrics, all networked via Docker and Nginx, and monitored with Grafana and Prometheus.

FainAI
FainAI dynamically scrapes course lecture website transcripts, slides, textbooks, and more. Trained an LLM and fine-tuned it to teach me algorithms on a FastAPI backend. Built a ChatGPT-like UI to render markdown.

CryptoBot dynamically scrapes and caches real-time crypto pricing data. Built my own cryptocurrency and observability around it to track prices of it and other cryptos. Allows users to have a virtually simulated crypto trading experience with virtual currency being custom cryptocurrency.
